Assemble green boards for pocket pass and fdot highway toll booths. This job has many functions and different assembly line tasks. Jobs include depaneling green boards, programming green boards, doing a manual test to see if it passes qc test. Next stage is to insert green boards into cases and finally have them tested as a whole to make sure all functions are working properly. There is a production standard required on every shift and is a fast paced environment.

This job was a printing press operation which printed medication cards to be used for patients and customers. My job duty was to take the full boxes of cards and roll them down on a roll table unto a weight scale, and add or subtract an equal amount of cards required for the shipment (1000 a box). When the task was completed, I placed a label on the box with a time and date stamp, and stacked them on a pallet with assisted hydraulics. This job required speed and accuracy due to the fast flow of the printer. A typical day would end in around two million cards per shift.

My job here was building transformers for the power cabinets for the production line. Duties was to solder end caps on the transformers, as well as stacking the transformers to a certain required measurement, then build the cabinet brackets around the transformer. After the process was complete, we then dipped these transformers into a containment vat with finish overnight. My other job was to assemble the green boards inside the power cabinets which involved a step by step instruction on the production screen. The end result was the mother board to run the power cabinet.

After upon doing so the next phase was to separate the electronic components as well as brass, steel, metal, and aluminum into separate bins for salvage. My job here at precision industries was to work as quality control on second shift. Job duties include working in a lab type setting. My position required me to check all specifications on incoming car parts that came off the machine press. Tools being used to measure were caliper, micrometre, and height gauge tools as well as many hard gauge testing tools. Other duties include running CMM CNC on lab computer to check micro measurements on new parts. Excellent communication skills were required to assure proper quality checks were being performed. Worked for interlock systems starting in the shipping and receiving department. My job duties were shipping of handheld devices for customers throughout the United States. This job demanded accuracy and orders to be done in a timely fashion. Other duties were to help out with loading and unloading UPS trucks at the start and end of each shift.
After a while I started to be trained on assembling home monitor units which consisted of downloading firmware/format, and to program Bluetooth technology on the cloud device. Supervised automated plastic injection mold machines. The job duties were to place tag shots out of the machine in a timely manner, and to prepare the product in boxes for shipment. This position required accurate paperwork and timing to be efficient. I worked at a cabinet company for six years building cabinet doors, as well as wainscoting, and running trim through molders. This position required me to learn multiple woodworking machines as well as a slider saw. Other duties included cabinet assisted assembly, and cabinet delivery, as well as working the finishing department. That position required me to run an orbital sander and to spray finish, and a final coat on doors to be installed in custom kitchens. I also have forklift experience and have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Other experience I have include truck/trailer driving (24 ft to 40ft). In addition I have worked customer service for five years in the food industry as well as two years clerk experience at a gas station as an opener.
