I am semi-retired and want to use my Extensive Experience in both F&B and Retail Background towards working part time in a Restaurant and/or Bar Operation for extra income. I’m looking for a family style operation where I can work a few days a week as a tipped employee i.e. waitstaff or Bartender. I’m very flexible to fill where I’m needed.

25 years in the Honolulu, Hawaii and Bali, Indonesia Hospitality Industry including All Levels of Dinning Room Service and Bar positions, Junior and Senior level Management of Single and Multi Outlet Full Service Restaurants. 15 years of Retail Experience in Seafood Operations/Purchasing, And 5 Years High Velocity Seafood Wholesale.
