Project Engineer

PT. Angkasa Engineers, Batam, Indonesia May’19 – till date

• Research engineering feasibility (also using project historical data), design, to do the estimation and bidding of projects.

• Scheduling project by reviewing project documents such as ITP, drawings, work scope and provide necessary timeline after receiving inputs from all the departments involved.

• Conduct PIM (pre-inspection meeting) with clients and key members assign tasks to the procurement, QC, fabrication and painting teams.

• Closely monitor/guide all teams for timely execution as per schedule and provide / attend training for any special technical procedures or safe work practices inside yard.

• Create MTO for material requirement, highlight the lead time to involved parties including client and management, make sure it tallies with schedule.

• Make sure the MTO materials are as per project spec, AVL/COO etc, and provide necessary mark up quantity for emergencies to avoid shortage during project execution.

• Deal with drawing/ technical discrepancies with positive solution outcomes for all parties by conducting technical meetings, using TQ preparations, solutions at site, mark up drawings etc. Project Engineer at PT. Angakasa Engineers, with 7+ years total experience in oil & gas industry from 3 different countries, with 3 years in EPCC firm, 3 years in petrochemical distillation company, and 1 year in rubber product manufacturing company.

Current experience in Mechanical project engineering & management with major skill set in piping & structure material procurement, production, Quality, client communication in EPCC firm called PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia for CIP skid fabrication & testing. Previous experience was in QHSE & maintenance engineering in petrochemical distillation plant in Saudi Arabia named Al Majwal group, also led site engineering in Saudi Aramco project activities. My career started in QA Engineering for rubber product manufacturing company named Vajra (VRPL) Kerala, India. Successfully completed every projects undertaken in all 3 companies with excellent client satisfaction. Received a documented appreciation letter from previous employer, Al Majwal group in Saudi Arabia. • Monitor work progress on each fabrication sequences along with hydrotesting, final assembly, FAT assistance till packing and load out, also create weekly/daily progress reports.

• Ensure any deviations or discrepancies are discussed, ressolved and approved / acknowledged by all parties.

• Make sure all punchlists are closed after FAT, all documentations are cleared prior package load out and ensure MDR soft copies and hard copies are submitted..

• Highlight reporting manager for any work scope deviation from initial contract and ensure financial compliance is met, apparently ensure team is informed..

• Work with finance dept and reporting manager for timely invoicing during milestone completion of projects.

• Lead team to successfully complete each project by maintaining high quality and safety standards alongwih compliance to code of business conducts.

Successfully completed 6 CIP skid fabrication projects, quantifying to total 51 CIP skids, with excellent client satisfaction.

QHSE & Maintenance Engineer

Al Majwal distillation plant, Dammam, KSA Mar’16 – May’19

• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related Quality, Health Safety, Maintenance works prior to execution.

• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at plant complying to QHSE standards and requirements.

• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.

• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable Quality-Safety procedures / standards and specifications.

• Directly responsible for the safety of Mechanical group personnel according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

• Carried out 3 major shutdown Maintenance works @ Al Majwal Distillation plant – Repair, hydrostatic tests of condensers, Heat Exchangers, valves etc.

• Team lead for petrochemical by-product extraction project in Aramco Wasit Gas plant project Jan - Mar ’18. 8 team members for supersucker & hydrojetting.

• Logistic site co-ordination for Chemical drum shipment from Aramco DPC-280 yard KSA Feb’17, Nov’17 and Mar’18.

• Provision of ISO tank installation in Aramco Al Ju’aymah NGL Fractational Plant for Shutdown repair project Apr’19.

Received appreciation letter for record production with no safety incidents achieved for the month of May'17.
