Responsibilities:

I used to inspect each and every material for Quality as per the drawing given by design section and used to manage the production of the machines, use to arrange tools and materials for the production by 2 Page

instructing the operators about the job to be loaded to the machine as per the plan made by the planning section, later the production is submitted to the store department after the inspection. Working Period: Worked for 8 months. (Jun 2015 to Dec 2015) Company: Sri Sainath Precision Products.

Role: Design Engineer, Mech supervisor and Quality control. Responsibilities:

As Auto Cad Designer, used to make the drawing of the machinery spares for W/Mc, F/Mc, S/Mc & L/Mc of the bottling plant used in the liquor industry’s and used to modify those drawing as per the requirement.

I used to inspect the manufactured products for quality and maintained standards of the products with the help of measuring instruments, such as micrometer, vernier caliper, radius gauge, pitch gauge etc.

Used to visits the various MNC companies for the installation of spares and to take necessary drawing for the spares which has to be modified or manufactured, later with the help of those drawing the spares used to be manufactured.

Used to send quotation for the requirements of the machinery spares by the customers after the necessary clarification from the customers.

Working Period: Worked for 15 months (Feb 2016 to May 2017). Company: ART STEEL PVT LTD.

Role: Design Engineer (AutoCad), Mech supervisor and Quality control. Responsibilities: I used to design the pattern for machines body for GI, SS, MS, CR sheets which further used as a program for Laser cutting machine. After the completion of cutting the bending of those cut pieces are checked as per drawing. Later after the Fabrication (TIG & MIG welding) the finished product was inspected by me and further with my approval the materials are given for power coating and dispatched. Role: Quality Control And Godown Supervisor

Responsibilities: I was responsible for All inwards and outwards materials in godown. Reporting each and every details of materials availability in godown for dispatch. I used to make Delivery order (D.O) after recieving the final confirmation from office department and used to load the materials to the concerned customer's vehicle with correct quantity and sizes, later used to report it to the billing department. Used to take weighment of all empty and loaded vehicles in the company. Checking of inward material for their proper finishing and receiving of correct sizes and thickness as per invoice. I used to arrange the inward materials in the respective places in godown and tagged them as per their size and thickness for further i dentification. Used to send bills of day to day sales to the head office. Used to intimate the inwards along with photos of the received vehicles after checking the seals on it, Arranging and filing of each and every bill after dispatch in an order along with weighment. Handling direct customers in godown for the clarifications of their sample materials.

Responsibilities: Dealing with day to day customer queries & complaint related to transactions, deposits, interest’s rate, payments, benefits and loans in BHARATPE application. Working period: Jan 2021 to Dec 2021.

Projects:

I have done an Industrial Project on Blast Furnace in Vishakhapatnam Steel Plant, studied about the construction of Blast Furnace, cooling system of the impurities of steel from the furnace. Metal wire drawing process (Extrusion) from the slab’s of materials, Conveyor systems used to carry the impurities obtained from one place of plant to another, casting process and Air Lift chambers.

Has done MAIN Projects in B-Tech on Design and Manufacturing of Hydraulic Fixture. At first the fixture is designed in 2DAuto Cad Software to get each and every dimensions of the fixture which can be suitable for holding the job in medium scale industries during Machining. Later the fixture is designed in 3D software named Uni-Graphics. After that the fixture is manufactured with Stainless Steel EN24T material.

Has done Mini Projects in B-Tech on Fuel Efficiency in AWD (all wheel drive) and studied the main components that are responsible for loss of torque produced form engine and found some solutions to increase the efficiency of the AWD System in Automobile Engine’s. Personal details:
