I was also responsible for addressing and attending Third Step Grievance hearing in which employees were subject to discipline per the CBA (collective bargaining agreement). Finally, I was responsible for preparing the office’s quarterly performance report and preparation of the office’s annual budget for submission before to the Cook County Board of Commissioners.
