• At Fred Meyer, I was cashiering one day, my customer was not in a good mood and was being rude and short with me, but I continued to stay positive because anything could be going on with this women that I don't understand, anyway, I helped her and she left, she came back about 20 minutes later and said, "You know, I am really sorry for my mood, I am having a bad day, but you didn't let it get to you at all and you just continued to be kind to me and I really appreciated it and it helped me to have a better day, thank you so much." those kind of moments help to make my day when I can help make someones day better.
• Had plenty of regulars, a lovely older women always came in to Fred Meyer to see me and come talk to me and we both enjoyed chatting and had many friendly conversations and she appreciated me, as I was so attentive and helpful for whatever she needed, she recognized my efforts to have a satisfying customer experience and came into the store regularly just as much to see me and to shop as well.
• A lovely older women and her son would always come into Fred Meyer, I would always help them find a good checkout line, or I would ring them up and help unload there groceries onto the conveyor belt and organize accordingly to the WIC checks. She appreciated that I was so thoughtful to be patient and helpful and knowledgeable with her order. She would come through only my checkout line if i was cashiering that day.
• Had lots of good experiences with customers appreciating my knowledge of products and knowing where things were located and fast checkout service.
