Detailed Knowledge in Injection Moulding machines, process, trouble shooting and maintenance.

To solve the various type of Thermosetting mould and process related issues.

Assessing the current production methods to improve the effectiveness and quality performance of the products and also the production

Planning, Scheduling & Execution of Production.

Creating and maintaining the Daily Check sheet, Traceability, improvement, suggestions of every machines and tools.

To train and supervising the production line workers.

To communicate with our customer/Vendor to obtain their requirements.

To analyze the root cause for our customer complaints and prepare the corrective action report.

Planning, Scheduling & Execution of Machine and Tool Maintenance.

Breakdown analyzing and rectifying the problem.

Creating and maintaining documentation, including service records, repair reports, and functional evaluations.

To maintaining the minimum stock of machine and tool spares and inform to the senior engineers.
