Looking after BRT PDI, On board Diagnosing & warranty issues of Green line & Orange line Hybrid buses, City buses and resolve technical issues mutually with Chinese & technical team.
Generate Warranty Claims for Hyundai trucks on Hyundai Global Warranty Management System after getting prior Approval from Hyundai Korea and took assistance from them while resolving technical issues.
Generate technical reports and Warranty claims about recurrence issues in plant/service and upload it on Zhongtong Bus customer service management.
Analyze major issues and technical representative to china (Zhongtong Bus) and Korea (Hyundai Trucks) from Pakistan.
Devises functional objectives for the Customer Support Division (CSD) department and discuss for improvements in Customer Support Division.
Work remotely along with technical team to different locations and assist them for resolving customer complains timely.
Communicating and coordinating with Chinese representative vendors like Weichai, Hyundai, Actia to analyze, troubleshoot and discuss technical issues and software updates implementation to existing buses.
