Treasurer (March 2019- Current) Performed all financial transactions for the nonprofit. Singlehandedly reorganized the ledgers to allow better money tracking and streamlining accounts. Played essential role in developing digital payment options for members as well as producing a credit card for the Cub Master (all previous treasurers were still doing receipt reimbursement, often causing cubmaster thousands of dollars out of pocket up front). Responsible for all bank reconciliation for Pack 199. Managed expense account, Petty Cash account and accounts receivable. Responsible for up-to-date budget planning and forecasting documents. Completed financial analysis for camping costs. Completed COVID cost/budget/member analysis. Eliminated discrepancies by expertly documenting expenses.
