QuikServe Solutions is a POS system, back office software, and enterprise reporting company for a complete business operations package. Information technology continually evolves with standard type reporting as well as Real Time Smartphone applications.
Began as the Field Training Manager, moved to Account Management, followed by a Business Analyst position. This was a result of my flexibility and thorough working knowledge of the entire system. The Business Analyst also is an upper tier support for the help desk as needed.
On-site support & training upon installation of new POS systems. This included the POS system, back office user end applications & software, and reporting for the employee, store management, franchisees, and corporate level.
