A law firm which specializes in First Amendment protections, I worked there as a Legal Intern with a focus on constitutional protections for adult entertainers and sexually oriented businesses. A research intense position, I spent much of my time developing effective arguments to challenge ordinances, statutes, and laws which abridge First Amendment rights.
Participated in writing the brief which was awarded a national injunction by the Sixth Circuit court of Appeals against enforcement of PPP loan restrictions against sexually Oriented Businesses as wrongfully adopted by the SBA. See DV Diamond Club of Flint, LLC v. SBA, 960 F.3d 743 (6th Cir. 2020).
