C. J. Miller had an opening they were looking to fill for a Utility Foreman role. They reached out to me and I took the position.

I was recruited to come to Musselman Excavating by Jeff Musselman. Mussleman, a small company, needed some experienced help to complete the Cherry Hill Campground expansion. I had to pull from all my previous experience including both grading and utility installation. I had to know all positions and duties. One day I might have to handle the pipe layer duties and the next day run the main line hoe. Towards the end of the project, I felt there was no room for advancement. So I pursued other opportunities.

1.Hauled dirt from cut areas to fill areas with a back dump truck

2.Compacted fills and leveled out material with an 815 compactor
