Responsibilities:-

Working as a Associate chemical engineer in processing plant of CPC alpha blue,fine chemicals and Agro chemicals.

Moniter the equipment performance in the process field to dispatch the material with required spec.as per nomination.

Operation of Glass line reactor, Handling of plant process by DCS, Automation system.

Preparation of batch log book and Daily production Report (DPR), Knowledge of PFD, and process calculation.

Ensured process met quality, yield, efficiency and productivity goals.

Production responsibilities included Handling of Batch Reactors.

Preparation of process datesheets for the vessels,pumps,instruments etc.

Preparation of P and IDs for process related works.

Handing of Manufacturing and packing of the product as per BMR/BPR.

Maintaining of all documents related to manufacturing as per SOP. Other responsibilities-:

Handling and process the Treatment of waste effluents ( Sulphuric acid and Ammonia)

pH control, and Neutralization of effluents for environment safety .

Process control of MEE plant by SCADA, DCS system.

Lab testing of BOD,COD,Copper, T.Value. Moisture and other parameters. Knowledge of equipments:-
