I have been in the food service industry for at least 6years. I have close to 20 years of customer service skills. I was hired as a server, then a month later was promoted to assistant manager. I trained new employees, helped make sure guest had a great experience, adjusted bills when needed, I was a back-up bartender and helped the managers with any needs they had. I loved my job with a passion. I had to leave because we moved from Orange County to Oceanside.

2010-2012

I helped open this Bar and Grill with the owners. I was quickly made lead server and was to train all new servers and bussers. I helped run the restaurant when the owners and manager would need to leave out of town. I had customers follow me from the old restaurant I worked at to this one, just so they could be served by me. 2008-2010

I was hired and 1 month later, the owner had to close for off winter season. When they opened back up, they only offered me the job, not the other 2 servers they had for years prior. I was the lead server for this bar and grill and worked as server, cashier, busser and bartender. Unfortunately, I had pregnancy problems and had to leave.

2004-2008

I was hired as front lobby receptionist. I was later in charge of training new receptionist for the entire company and for temp receptionist. I helped all departments with any projects they needed. I assisted brokers with any questions and brochures they needed when they came in. I answered a very high call volume of calls for the entire company.

I oversaw taking the money for rented videos. I helped keep track of all customers’ accounts and keep them up to date. I opened and closed the store.

2000-2002

I was hired as extra help needed in any departments. I then got promoted to Operations analyst. I oversaw finding all orders that were lost and had not been shipped with in so many days. I was also in charge of all the companies copy and fax machines, fixing them if broken, ordering parts for them if needed and keeping up on all company supplies. I learned how to build phones and create new phone extensions for the phones for the entire company. I was one of very few people that were authorized to approve the largest company checks. I helped review all company cell phones to make sure we were getting charged for the correct things. I was also put in charge of all company lunches with the CEO and al management.
