I was hired as a server, then a month later was promoted to assistant manager. I trained new employees, helped make sure guest had a great experience, adjusted bills when needed, I was a back-up bartender and helped the managers with any needs they had. I loved my job with a passion. I had to leave because we moved from Orange County to Oceanside.

I helped open this Bar and Grill with the owners. I was quickly made lead server and was to train all new servers and bussers. I was hired and 1 month later, the owner had to close for off winter season. When they opened back up, they only offered me the job, not the other 2 servers they had for years prior.
