Responsibilities:

Worked on development and deployment of a bot application on MS Teams talking to Copilot Ask Service on SAP Cloud Platform. Started with a POC which was later productionized, it involved end to end development of a Microsoft Teams bot. This bot is an interface to talk to SAP Copilot via MS Teams. This was eventually productized by our team. (Created JAVA Restful Web services to build the end point).

Worked on enabling authentication with OAUTH and JWT (Java Web Token) for the Bot, implemented JWT Token caching mechanism to improve performance.

Used SAP Cloud Platform Document Service API to store and retrieve images based on roles/permissions.

Created a user mapping service to create a 1-1 mapping between a Microsoft Azure user to an SAP Business user.

All the features were tested with 85% code coverage with Junit test cases using Mockito.

Explored access control list in document service, implemented POC to add users dynamically in the access control list. It was using a JAVA Jersey rest service.

Implemented App Installation feature for Copilot MS Teams Bot.

Built a POC for Unified Inbox Integration to SAP CoPilot, worked on authentication mechanism and incorporating user mapping from Unified Inbox user to SAP Business user. It was to be productized.

Worked on a feature development (Reason code assignment to machine failures and validation) on our Spring Web Services. Reason Codes provide hierarchy based assignment to machine failures on the shop floor.

Worked on UI Screens of OEE. (Used JavaScript, SAPUI5).

Created Web Services to generate SAP Lumira Reports for Shop floor KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Analysis, which was consumed by Nestle and Unilever Manufacturing Plants. (Used JAVA, Spring and Hibernate).
