EXPERIENCE
Daniel F. Young, Inc — 1976 - 1980
I prepared bills of lading from letters of credit for General Motors Vehicles being shipped to the Middle East. It was highly paced, very technical and required great detail on my part. It was my responsibility to make sure these vehicles arrived at a safe destination. I worked with gentlemen from General Motors Corp.
Dr. Aggarwal — 1974 - 1975
I posted medical bills for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. I was also the medical transcriptionist for one of the doctors of that firm. It was my responsibility to interpret the doctors verbal notes into his medical files.
Stone Haven Free Methodist Church — 1990 - 2003
I was the Pastor’s sole secretary of this church. It was my responsibility to run, direct and host his seminars, care for the congregation members that came to the church, write a weekly bulletin and publish a monthly newsletter. There were a great deal more responsibilities.
Detroit News — 1986 - 1990
I delivered the Detroit Newspaper to 350 customers in Troy, MI for close to seven years. I designed my own database, printed out monthly bills, and did the bookkeeping for this job as well as to deliver the newspaper 365 days a week for well over 5 yrs.
EDUCATION
Macomb Community College — No degree yet, Wayne Community College and Oakland Community College. I had to withdraw with a 4.0 gpa at a given time to tend to family responsibilities. I also attended red cross seminars to become a hime health care aid.
