cooked off and on for over ** yrs so I have plenty of kitchen experience. I started off years ago at Mary Mahoney's I would cook there for approx 5 yrs moving on to construction I would be in and out of the food business for only spurts at a time. I cooked at John pier up at Pickwick Tennessee for 3 yrs I was head line cook sand expediator. I cooked at several Ruby Tuesday's for the same boss. I cooked at phonecia in ocean springs for 2 yrs so I believe I'm qualified for this position. I'll bring leadership a swell as being a great team player I'm fun to b around I get along well with others and I enjoy working.
