EMPLOYEE RELATION & INDUSTRIAL RELATION:

Maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating a harmonious and transparent environment.

Executing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company’s overall development plan.

Liasioning with ESI, EPF, Pollution Control Board officials, and Inspector of factories, Supervising on updating of factory site plan and statutory register & records.

Handling matters relating to ESI, PF, Factories, Contract Labour and other applicable Acts.

Renewal of Local body license, Fire license, Ground Water, TNPCB License and submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns pertaining to all statutory departments. WELFARE & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

Administration of welfare measures such as transport, Canteen, rest rooms, lockers, and etc.

Implementing and motivating the total employee involvement initiatives like Suggestion schemes Employee Engagement/Satisfaction Survey.

Arranging tours for employees get together programmers and also organizing cultural activities and programmed for festivals in factory.

Attending interpersonal issues arising at work place & initiating motivational activities. MIS, PAYROLL & EXIT PROCESS:

Prompt and regular updating of HRIS.
