• Working remotely on a contract assignment- “The Stagecoach Project for Wells Fargo Mortgage.

Process Consumers’ payments within Easy Pay Plus if requested by customer. Vendor Personnel shall request Consumer checking account number and bank routing number and input into Easy Pay Plus, if requested by the customer. No payments will be solicited from customer from Vendor Personnel.

If customer utilizes trigger words regarding a complaint, Vendor Personnel must follow appropriate steps to document the system and follow all Lender Procedures.

Upon Customer’s request, assisted Consumers to a home mortgage consultant to discuss refinance and purchase options.

Ensured to follow CARE Quality Assurance guidelines and scripts (e.g., greeting, customer, verification, required disclosures etc.), as documented in Lender Policies and Procedures when handling telephone calls.
