Plant Consolidation & Transition: Gilbert Plastics merging of 2 NJ, CA, IL plants into 185,000sq ft NJ headquarters, Relocation and reorganization of plant from Somerset NJ to New Brunswick, NJ as Berry Plastics with zero downtime.
Plant Expansion & Development: Modern Plastics from 40,000 to 75,000sq foot, increasing production from 8 to 23 machines. Pierson Industries from 46,000 to 62,000sq foot, increasing production from 14 to 25 machines
