1. If you accept the offer of employment you will need to participate in a drug screening within 48 hours or the offer will be rescinded.
2. Complete new hire paperwork online. You will receive an email from Silkroad Red Carpet that will include your new hire orientation, policy reviews and employment forms. These items are required to be completed online before your start date.
3. On your 1st day of employment, you will need to present appropriate documentation to establish authorization to work in the United States, known as the I-9. The appropriate list of acceptable documents is available on www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents. Examples of acceptable documents are: Active passport, driver’s license, birth certificate, social security card. Your employment status with Design Group will be that of an employee “at will”. This means that you and we each have the right to terminate your employment with us at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause.

General Benefit Information for Full-Time Hourly Employees Paid Holidays: Full-Time employees are eligible for holiday pay immediately upon hire. Information regarding holiday policy is in your new hire orientation on Red Carpet. Medical, Dental& Vision Insurance: Full-Time employees are eligible for medical insurance the first of the month after hire.
401K: Full-Time employees are eligible for 401k after 60 days of active employment and then the first of the month after.
