About me

My knowledge of a wide countless of skills and previous work experiences including retail, childcare, carer and beauty has expanded through out my journey of becoming a responsible individual. Along with how much I can pay attention to details which are mandatory to set a outstanding impression for the business. The skills that I perform highly well of is independency. This includes doing essential needs that I can accomplish on my own, learning not to rely on other individuals. Working in a team to gain ideas through discussions besides that it requires listening and giving feedback too, gaining growth on interacting with the others. Using communication by approaching in a well behavior manner, symbolizing that I come across as a affectionate person. Having strong passion to help others in need to provide the best support possible given this can be processed by activating listening, going above and beyond to ensure the requirements have been met. My listening skills are dynamic that presents that I am concentrating to the individual that’s speaking without any interruption or distraction at all including eye contact alongside responding to the individual as it automatically tells them that I have listened perfectly. Patience is another attribute that I process, difficult actives can approach however quickly doing my best to resolve the issue in any way without becoming impatient. I feel comfortable to work in busy environments, this again follows by calmness because I don’t fall in to impatient, I instead continue to stay positivity to keep myself going. These have rapidly assisted me though out my entire work experience because I took these in to actions to convey the customers how professional we are. I firmly know that the best type of success is improvement whether it is in education based or working in a business there will always be time for improvement which is something I have definitely come across through my past years of development.

Education from 2004-2012.

Oakwood High School from 2004-2009, I achieved 5 or more GCSES including Maths, English Language, English Literature, Health and Social Care, Urdu and Graphics.

Rotherham College from 2009-2012, I gained my college qualification which the following is Childcare level 1, Health and Social Care Level 1 finally, Beauty Therapy Level 1.

Work Experience:

Age Concern, Key roles and responsibilities: Greeting them on arrival, serving them tea with some snacks, playing games like bingo, going for walks. Using my skills like communication to interact with the service users in a respectful way, listening skills to be able to understand what the client is saying along with responding back for them to appreciate you there.

Papaya Beauty Salon, Key role and responsibility: On arrival I greeted the clients to show a positive impression. I stayed in the reception to answer telephone calls like booking appointments/cancellations if necessary. Giving the clients an excellent experience by giving facials and manicures, used organization by keeping everything neat along with preparing for the equipment for the client. I always gave listening skills to the customers and did what my manager and clients requested. Team working to discuss ideas to make the business better, if one of us was struggling we would always assist each other. Handled angry customers and dealt with them in a calmness to make the customer aware that we are in the process of resolving the issue in which we did successfully. Going above and beyond to help the clients what they want exactly. The salon did get quite busy however with the organization that I had I was able to work in a fast paste.

Valley Children’s Centre, Key role and responsibility: Playing with the children, helping the children on anything they needed, attending to parents evening to have a chat about how the children is getting on during their time, if they need extra support with anything such as reading and writing. When the parents are there I asked how well the children are getting on at home. Providing communication to the children, parents and employees in a calm tone. Along with listening to the children, parent and employees including eye contact and nodding to show agreement. There was times were the children did get quite naughty but as always I remained calm and patience with them.

Cancer Research, Key role and responsibility: Creating a positive impression by greeting customers as soon as they arrived in store. If the customer needed assisting or help with finding their goods I always do my best to give what the customer needs to ask certain questions what they’re looking for. I went to the tills to serve the customers to speed up the process. I was organised by meeting the goals and choosing the correct decisions.

My Hobbies

I go for long walks to refresh my mind there are occasions where I would go for a run to keep me going all the time. I’m intrigued in watching television programs in my spare time. I really like to go out socialising with my friends and family as it helps to grow a strong connection.
