SUMMARY
I have the KASH (Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Habits) to make it happen! I have 35+ years of experience in a wide range of instructional solutions. My skill set includes instructional systems design, curriculum development, human resource development, organizational development, adult learning, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (group dynamics), electronic performance support systems (EPSS), asynchronous e-learning, classroom facilitation, etc. I am a certified: Army Instructor, Air Force Trainer, and a USA Wrestling Coach (Bronze). I held a security clearance for 30 years. Chapter 1, the USAF introduced me to "training" adults. I crafted and delivered on-the-job training to airmen. Later, I taught total quality management and cross-functional collaboration to dynamic groups of military leaders/operators. Chapter 2, Southern Illinois University (SIU) introduced me to "teaching" software applications to undergraduate and postgraduate K-12 teachers as a graduate assistant. Chapter 3, the business community introduced me to “servicing” instructional solutions: change management, organizational development, performance management, group dynamics, and blends thereof. Chapter 4, the Army introduced me to “educating”. We built a new curriculum: applied critical thinking, structured & cultural analysis, groupthink mitigation, and self- awareness. I recently retired as a Dept of Army civilian (DAC). EDUCATION
