Directed operations, set up Zoom meetings Poly com, Microsoft teams, Crestron maintenance of building, mechanical and utility systems. Managed tool shop monitored stock levels and ordered parts including all Safety Hazard specifics. Followed routine and preventative maintenance checklists. Provided mandatory training to maintain all protocols. Set up prevention maintenance program for all our DI and Water softener and for our salt tank and air compressor, do a monthly inspection of the building and the equipment and all air compressor water drains cleaned on a monthly inspected all chairs and tables keeping all employees safe also on the safety team and was CPR certified as a safety officer.
