Provide leadership and management necessary to achieve organizational compliance with requirements of the Emergency Management and Environment of Care. As an emergency management professional, I will provide emergency planning, procedures and disaster preparedness training and monitor compliance with emergency management plans. I maintain continuous survey readiness through compliance with regulations from a number of regulatory agencies, including the DNV-GL, the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Hospital Incident Command System (HIC), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Tribal, Federal and State. Maintaining the use of the Emergency Management Program plans, policies and procedures to service as a resource for the Program Managers and Health System Administrators. Maintain the development and maintenance of community level coalitions (Local Emergency Planning Coalition, Mass Immunization/Prophylaxis Strategy (MIPS), Local Oklahoma Medical Reserve Corps chapters, local medical system partners, etc.). Additionally, coordinate with the County Emergency Operations Managers within the administrative regions. Knowledge of tribal governmental systems, public health systems and organizational management systems at a corporate level of an organization. Experience in developing policies and procedures that is desired. Knowledge of hospital/facilities management, clinical, and/or regulatory standards is required. Knowledge of the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) and Incident Command Structure (ICS) structure. Analytical skills to comprehend and interpret complex regulations, perform data analysis, and communicate results to others is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Abode.

Experience

Provide training to employees regarding system policy and procedures. mitigate all hazards by performing a variety of emergency management functions which are not limited to disaster survivor assistance, conducting and verifying damage assessments, and providing administrative, financial and logistical support. Assisting in preparing field office emergency management plans and policies, procedures, and risk assessments to ensure essential functions are executed, and are consistent with statutory and agency requirements. Facilitating on-going communications with internal operations staff and corresponding operational staff of other Federal agencies. Performing on-site damage assessments in order to assist in the development plans that ensure the capability to continue essential functions. Analyzing inspection reports, final vouchers, and Federal and/or State audit reports on public assistance programs and preparing recommendations for required follow-up actions. Writing technical materials, including reports of research findings, technical reports, and specifications. Conduct and document monthly radio drills. Perform all required fire drills at facilities.
