Centrifugal Compressors:

Worked in natural gas pumping and Gas Lift Centrifugal Compressors with seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities.

Lube oil flushing and lube oil circuit accessories maintenance.

Involved in bundle changing, rotor centring, seal changing and bearing changing, balancing drum labyrinth changing, stage labyrinth changing, thrust collar fixing and Dry gas seal replacement.

Performing alignment between driver and driven units. Reciprocating Compressor :

Inspection Dismantling and Assembling of main bearing, big end bearing, small end bearing, cross head, coupling, fly wheel, crank shaft, connecting rod, gudgeon pin, piston rod, piston and cylinder oil pump gear clearance inspection as per OEM instructions. Cylinder side clearance, cylinder ovality inspection and piston pumping clearance, TDC, BDC inspection, suction and delivery valve clearance, opening inspection.

All these clearance inspected through the inside outside micrometer, dial gauge micrometer, bore gauge micrometer, filler gauge and lead wire.

Refurbishment of suction & discharge valves, unloaded & Removal of cylinder liner

Check and replace the piston rings, rider/guider rings, stuffing box packing & wiper rings.

Performing alignment of Compressor with driver Equipments. Centrifugal Pumps:

Having relevant experience in maintenance in all types of centrifugal pumps like back pullout pump, between bearing pump, vertical pump, vertical sump pump, mono block pump.

Obtaining a complete check list of the dismantled equipment and keep a record of the same.

Pump full overhauling as a changing of mechanical seal, bearing, wear ring oil seal, throat bush, checking wearing and throat bushes, bearing clearances.

Inspect the condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, wear ring, bearings, coupling and stationary parts such as casing stuffing box, distance pieces and bearing housing.

Removal of mechanical seals replacement of rotor checking wearing and throat bushes, bearing clearances.

Maintaining the required Radial & Axial float in multistage pumps

Checking the Stuffing box Squareness and concentricity using a dial gauge while pump assembly.

Hydro test of pumps to determine mechanical seal and casing leaks. Reciprocating Pumps:

Experience in plunger pumps, Chemical dosing pumps, double & triplex pumps and methanol injection pump Etc. Experience in assembling and dismantling of pumps.

Over hauling of reciprocating pump including renewal of plunger packing, diaphragm changing, oil seals, suction discharge valves checking & servicing.

Checking and correcting the Pulsation Dampener and Diaphragm pressure. Gear Box:

General maintenance, overhauling, tooth contact checking, Float setting, Gears replacement, Bearing replacement Backlash measurement and correction of gear pair. Alignment:

1. Reverse Indicator Method

2. Rim & Face Method

3. Laser Alignment

Fin Fans:

Replacement of blades, Measure and adjust blade angle, tip clearance, Adjust belt tension. Heat Exchangers:

Exchangers handled: U-tube exchangers, fixed type and Floating head exchanger.

Blinding as per blind list, cover dropping, bundle pulling, plugging the tube if damaged, install the both side covers with new gaskets.

Conducting all Hydro Test as per client requirements. Valve:

Service and operation inspection of all types of valve like Ball valve, Globe valve, Plug valves, Gate valve, Butterfly valve, Non return valve (Flab type & Plate type valve), Sandwich type, Piston type NRV Automatic Pneumatic Actuators control valve in utility department.

Measuring Instruments Handling:

Dial Gauge (for alignment) inside micrometer, outside micrometer, Vernier Calliper, Spirit Level, feeler Gauge, Vibration Scanner (In mm/s,). Clam Tester, Temperature Scanner.
