Congratulations! We are pleased to confirm you have been selected to contract with Recovery Support Services. We are delighted to make you the following contract/volunteered - stipend offer. The position we are offering is that of (ITT Strategic Director) at an hourly wage for 2 hours a month as needed and or with potential for subject to change, this is a contract/paid stipend volunteered position. You will be informed of any changes.
This position reports to (Founder & Executive Director of Curriculum Development). Your working hours will be from (the times you begin processes potential applicants to filming volunteered participants). This is a (permanent position with potential to excel). This is a contract position for 12 months. This position is expected to use evidenced based trauma informed care, art & science of recovery coaching, life coaching, motivational interviewing, person centered and crisis intervention perspectives for the safety and wellbeing of participants. Position Includes and may change at any time.
Interview Participants, homelessness, and victims of violence & crimes
Use a Non-disclosure approach
Communicate/process applicants’ participants in staff meetings
Promote Trauma and Stigma Awareness
Please report to (Tiodolo A. De La Garza III), for documentation and orientation. If this date is not acceptable, please contact me immediately. Please sign the enclosed copy of this letter and return it to Recovery Support Services (936 S.4th Street, Milwaukee Wisconsin 53212). We would like you to start work in the next 30 days from the date you sign on agreement. You are agreeing to contract for 12 months, a nontaxable and filing position. This means you are not made eligible to file taxes, nor file for workman’s comp, and or unemployment under any purposes. Signing document means you agree to the paid stipend volunteered position. Please sign the enclosed copy of this letter and return it to me by (2/23/2022) to indicate your acceptance of this offer.
