Brian is a Construction Director and has 25 years’ experience in the Construction Industry and specialises in Construction management of Residential, commercial and infrastructure projects with expertise in Shell and Core, fitout, labour management and developing innovative and practical solutions to onsite challenges.

In his capacity as Director within AIC’S Construction Business in New York Brian was responsible for the delivery of High-End New build and Renovation Projects across NYC and is currently managing a new build Facility in Ireland for John Paul Construction on behalf of MSD/Bionx Partnership. Brian leads a team to develop Safe work solutions across one of Irelands most innovative and Challenging Pharma projects to date, Brian is also leading the prioritisation of the Subcontractors to deliver Infrastructure to a Development that will house 2000 employees and have a yearly Revenue of (~17B Euros.).

Brian was also involved with Property Management Group (Miami), Here he managed a work force of 200 plus employees to deliver 375 apartments over 47 stories in just 18 months in NYC. This led to many more projects of high Value over the next 6 years which was delivered not only on time but with Zero Accidents. Brian Also Delivered on time and on budget one on NYC s most innovative water pumping solutions in Alphabet City in the middle of the 2020/2021 Covid Pandemic.

As owner operator of Mc Gillin Bros in the 2000’s His company purchased and developed some of Northern Irelands finest luxury Homes. In this role he was responsible for land purchase, buy out of subcontractors, scheduling and finishing of each project to the highest of standards.
