Admin and Secretarial related Job experience

As a HR Assistant in UNICEF HR Section, download CV’s, prepare folder separately as per application categories. Keep confidential HR related issues. Assist in the written test in massive recruitment conducted in UNICEF 2016 January.
Assist UNICEF HR to arrange candidates written test, call for test and confirm their participation.
Liaison with IT section for written test for Laptop support, meeting room booking etc.
Contact with the candidates for interview date and time.
