Technician responsibilities included assisting in surgery, prep for surgery, blood draw, heartworm tests, making sure pets were up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative, nutrition specialist assisting pet parents with proper foods for condition, educated clients on illness, prevention, vaccine reactions, follow up care, behavior, medications, lab work, maintain patient charts, phone calls, work directly with doctor to provide accurate information regarding the pet, client complaints, all receptionist responsibilities when needed, accounts receivables and collections and assisted regional director for VCA.

I am a high school graduate with some college courses and an extensive work history in customer service including administrative assistant, bank teller, and death claims officer and a variety of other experience.
