Provide the Area Manager with a weekly update on the progress of the floor in terms of sales and staff.
Reporting on MIS, Sales performance & Competitive analysis on a regular basis. Schedule the weekly/Monthly staff meetings.

Activities:
Work with the Category Retail team to implement the merchandising plan. Provide feedback to the Category Retail team about the latest trends. Update Category Retail Team with the selling & non-selling items, fast & slow moving items.
