O & M planning and procedures of Preventive Maintenance rollout methods for 600 sites.
Managing the workforce of 10 people including technical and MIS staff.
Ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of the communication networks for providing operational support to communication clients.
Resolving the issues between the Clients and Operators.
Taking action on daily progress report in O & M and interact with customer.
Planning and scheduling site activities to ensure the optimizing resource utilization and saving the cost for the customer.
Supervision on repairing the faulty rectifier modules and other equipments such as Alternator, AVR.
Involved in preparing technical specifications, resource & task scheduling, resource deployment and team meetings for reviewing progress of the operations in O & M.
Controlling the outages and utilizing the maximum resources for providing the minimum expenditures for the company.
Managing the billing activities and payments for maintaining the liquidity of the company
