My customer service background stems from my previous position in office management as well as having 10 years of receptionist experience which is my most recent position.
My position as office manager has built my integrity; being coherent and building a team of togetherness so that there are unity and solidarity in the workplace. Dealing with escalated issues from unhappy customers has taught me patience and the need to understand their issues from how other people view things.
