•I am Project manager (PMP) and SAP SD consultant, with 20+ years of experience on SAP implementations, Rollouts, Upgrades, and Support Services (AMS) for several clients from diverse industries. So, my Expertise includes End to End knowledge of SAP projects & Support methodology based on the ITIL best practices.
•As Project Manager, I have managed 12 projects with different levels of functional integration throughout the entire Software Development Live Cycle, with waterfall, and agile methodologies (Activate & Scrum).
•I am familiar taking ownership of projects, starting from Project Charter and Project Plan (WBS), identifying milestones, critical path, and dependencies. Coordinating gathering of requirements, identifying objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Formulating contingency plans to mitigate Risks, keeping the change process under control, and preventing deviations on Budget, Time, and Scope. •Implementation of the SAP-VMS solution with functionalities like Vehicle model (material master and configuration), Vendor and customer (manufacturer and dealer), End customer (customer of the dealer), VMS role (organization role, vehicle model, configuration role), Action control (business processes), Vehicle IDoc (for transferring vehicle data between manufacturer and importer) for the following business scenarios: Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), Assemble-to-Order (ATO).
•Contribution: Handling of internal-external Kickoff meeting, identification of Stakeholders and objectives of project. Definition of deliverables, acceptance criteria, and tools that will be used for project execution. Project Plan (WBS), and Risks, Communication, Governance plans. Achievements:
•Transition to Cloud and DB upgrade to Hybris - Our transition was successfully done after 4 failed attempts made by another team, avoiding significant penalty for our company.
•SAP Implementation (8 modules), and Rollout (7 modules) for the Merge & Adquisition of Axtel & Alestra. Where we implemented the best practices for 17 modules of SAP, 14 Company Codes, 150+ warehouses.
•Two of the projects I led were audited and awarded with the CMMI certification.

•SAP-SD Consultant with over 13 years of experience participating in several Implementations, Upgrades, Rollouts and Support services for diverse industries like: Automotive, Manufacturing, Chemical, Healthcare and Sales by Internet.
•Extensive experience in End-to-End SAP SD-OTC configuration and solution design about order management, pricing, shipping, and billing; as well as cross module processes like intercompany, consignment, Etc.; Integration with other modules, like FI, MM, and PP.
•Experience on Logistics Execution configuration that includes delivery processing, picking, packing, shipment, and transportation planning. Working knowledge of warehouse management, handling unit management. Dealing with customer forecast and JIT releases, and outbound ASNs, ABAP programming, basic debugging, enhancements, Etc.
