Job Responsibilties
Assists in managing the day-to-day operations and inform the General Manager or designate, of any major decision taken which did not require his/her action and any other relevant information.
Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in his/her absence.
Controls and weigh up sales/costs/standard/condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment/Quality of entertainment/Guest satisfaction/Marketing.
Assists GM in accordance with IHG guidelines.
Assists GM in planning and organizing successful activities in the hotel and overseas.
Pursue daily briefings, Meetings and other meetings as needed to obtain optimal results.
Attends and participates to other meetings as required by the administrative calendar.

Plans and supervises all photo shoots, developing drive up list while keeping goals of property and brand image in mind.
Provides regular tracking/ROI (return of investment) and analysis of promotions and website/email campaigns, using industry averages for ROI calculation, and uses this knowledge in future planning.
Participates in all hotel imaging work (e.g., signage).
Keeps detailed files and records on all matters relative to property's (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.).
Ensures consistency in individual property's voice on all guest touch points and marketing communications, not only following corporate graphic standards, but also on behalf of the individual property.
Manages turn a profit on budget throughout year that touches areas of operation: customer service, branding, public relations, and most importantly management efficiency.
Food promotions including menu engineering examines the sales history of a number of Menu items, their selling price and their cost price and then relates their profit margins and determines every item into one of the following classification (Star, Plow horse, Puzzles, Dogs ).
