Oversee charge and payment processing by vendors, ensuring timely completion, as well as reviewing charges and payments received to maintain submission timeframes.

Collaborate with AR Supervisors, communicating with clients if charge and payment submissions are below normal.

Monitor file transfers, charge preparation, and coding according to policies.

Provide coverage between vendors, scanning and charging preparation/coding departments, ensuring processes completed efficiently during staff leave.

Deliver training for all staff members when new or revised guidelines have been issued, monitoring compliance.
