am writing this letter of reference for Lal Chauhan.

hired Mr. Chauhan to work for me on medical billing and coding. He was required to learn a new

computer program with a clearinghouse recently contracted with for filing insurance. Lal took the

required training and entered claims for Medicare beneficiaries.

WelCore Health is a wellness and prevention company that specializes in vaccines and wellness

biometric testing for businesses. Mr. Chauhan’s recent role was data entry. Most of the employees of

WelCore are flex-time and/or seasonal with our busy times from September to December. With our new

clearinghouse there was a need to enter data this spring and summer that should be a one-time

occurrence.

Mr. Chauhan is very prompt and always came to work on time. He dressed in our required dress code of

business casual. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He is also willing to take on any new task. He

is eligible for rehire by WelCore Health.
