Transport coor - I input invoices for transporters payments, put out cars in Made system to transporters so they can get them picked up, enter all consignments in computer, answer phones, do redemptions and handle money, write up paperwork, order supplies,we work in three different computer system and have to put stuff in them all daily, I am a jack of all trades.

Fleet lease coor - I set cars for the sale weekly . I have my own accounts which include carmax and lease plan as an example. I make sure all cars are scheduled for sale, advertised and all charges posted to the vehicle. Once units sale if they are sold on IF bids then i need to call the sellers and ask if they accept the bids or not. then send all checks or ACh checks to the banks for the cars they sale. I also help in accounting posting charges to units.
