I worked with three projects. The first one was for a large retail client implementing updates to their system connecting all there integrations with Salesforce Cloud, service cloud, and Microsoft Dynamic 365. The second client was doing a migration from Rogers to Azure and I was in charge of creating and designing test plans, test case suites, and executing tests for their entire migration testing from end to end testing Legacy System, Okta, and other aspects of their database to see if migration to destination went through well. The third project was for large wealth management company. I was a lead who helped engineer the entire QA process along with regression tests, and sign-offs between the Dev consultancy, the company and Protiviti’s QA team.
