Having Good knowledge in Mechanical oriented shutdown maintenance and planning of different static Equipment like pressure vessels, columns, furnaces, Tanks, Valves, Strainer, FinFan Exchanger, Oil &gas Separators, knockout drums,and Skid material package equipment etc.

Having good knowledge in PTW system, PTW Preparation attachments of relevant documents (JSA, Blinding track list,method statements)Good knowledge in safety practices,following safety recommendation using of PPE's

Alignment

Using rim and face method and reverse indicator solution by graphical method. Have good experienced with this both alignment method and confident to align. Have experienced in laser alignment as well. Steal rule aligning with Meta stem coupling. Soft hands with dial gauge and rot align. Motor axial float measuring and settings. Used pipe line flow discover by portable ultrasonic flow meter.

Oil flushing to hydraulic line. Repair and change the glad packing and plant preventive maintenance o static equipments.

Diesel Engines

Having running maintenance experience in wetherford, caterpillar and Hyundai engines. Involved I.C engine preventive maintenance and rectify startup problem. Engine oil refilling, radiator replacing and air lock removing. filter replacing as well. Engines cylinder inspection piston, piston rings inspection big and small end bearing inspection. Suction and discharge valve replacing and overhauling. Engine crankshaft overhauling.
