• Provides executive support to the Group Director of Energy and Team: Calendar and Email management, reconciliation of invoices, and adhoc tasks.

• Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews. Scheduling virtual meetings (usually Zoom, but occasionally Teams) across different time zones.

• Organizing both international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and meetings.

• Administer and draft correspondence, reports, and documents

(usually from templates)

• Creates weekly Salesforce excel report & Pivot charts for pipeline review
