● Lead Qualification : Contact and qualify inbound leads acquired from online websites, portals, Facebook Ads, open houses, postcards, flyers, etc. Segregating leads into qualified and unqualified and feeding them into your CRM for appropriate follow up

Create MLS searches for prospective clients and send out updated properties available in inventory, put them in touch with lenders to get pre approvals, maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads and track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met and develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele while also integrating my own personal deals as a licensed agent into the mix.

Licensed Real Estate Agent (Buyers Agent)

● Provide guidance and assist in prospecting/qualifying sellers (fot the team to market) and work with buyers with finding and purchasing a property for the right price under the best terms as well as assisting renters in finding properties, run credit and background checks, prepare contracts to lease/applications and assist throughout the qualifying process with landlord and property management or homeowners association if applicable.
