EXPERIENCE:

Pier Agent: Royal Caribbean & Intercruises, October 2011 - Present Retired life was not for me. So, I joined Guest Port Services and worked at Port Everglades. It was my very enjoyable duty to help expedite boarding of guests on Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas and other RCCL ships. RCCL made the decision to outsource Guest Port Services beginning in June of 2015. I have been working at Intercurises since that firm was awarded their contract. My TWIC is valid through August of 2021. Media One, AT&T Broadband, Comcast Cable, Tamarac/Miramar, FL. July 1998-October 2008 Hired as one of the original members of Media One’s High Speed Internet team. I sold cable modem Internet service as an outbound telemarketer. I transferred to the Miramar Call Center in May of 2001, after AT&T Broadband announced the closing of the Tamarac facility. I was consistently one of the Center’s top seven Customer Account Executives. At Miramar, my calls were incoming. I provided both sales and service and continually met or exceeded all sales/service goals. I retired from Comcast 10/15/2008.

Additionally:

Many years experience as a self-employed marketing consultant. Created brochures, newsletters and promotional literature for corporate and non-profit clients. Developed excellent desktop publishing skills and strong photographic know-how.

Previously employed as a professional fundraiser, advertising and marketing executive. EDUCATION: Boston University, Boston, MA. College of Communications, BS in Mass Communications.
