nStart to read, review, understand and prepare all quantity’s take off (per Plan swift software) all given assigned projects plans based on bid schedule date’s, prior to Soule rebar’s sac & segments bid take off (per Soule’s rebar format/ASA).

nEstimating all required rebar’s, wire mesh fabric’s, PT’ cables, stud rails, & related accessory products for specific construction projects. (rebar terminators, smooth dowels, standees, T&B supports bar, treaded bars, and others).

nI addition to all assigned projects also do all takeoff for all incoming addendums and changed order (for all awarded contracts)
