My tasks included: Cooking and preparing dietary foods on the grill in the cafeteria of the hospital for the employees and patients. Served low-sodium and sugar-free foods. We prepped foods for the next day by chopping, slicing, dicing, wrapping and dating and time-stamping for storage. Prepared low-sodium soups for the diabetic patients. Delivered food trays to the diabetic patients’ rooms. At the end of the shift cleaned and sanitized the workstations and all dishes used throughout the day. Swept and mopped.
