STAFF NURSE – NEURO MEDICINE WARD
Duties and responsibilities
Assessment, planning, implementing evaluating and documenting nursing care.
Assisting doctors with various procedures.
Performing IV cannulation & emergency care.
Caring of patient according to severity.
Taking care of patient with emergency condition like cardiac arrest, critical situation
Use of equipment like BP apparatus, laryngoscope & suction apparatus, infusion pump.
Communicate with the doctor to provide timely and accurate information.
Keep good professional relationship with staff.
Administration of medication through intravenous, intramuscular, intraderamal and subcutaneous route.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs continually.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Applies knowledge, perform independent competent skills and judgement in giving direct quality nursing care to the patients in holistic approach.
Perform professional Nursing duties related to the treatment and welfare of the patients.
Responsible for delivery and maintaining the highest possible standard of patient care at all times.
