Maintain confidential agreement between clients and PASAP, provide prompt and accurate information to courts regarding client's compliance status when necessary; make court appearances to offer testimony as required. In the Compliance Technician role: developed new and improved processes for the TREDS system. Developed a spreadsheet that is accessible to all case managers/ staff to review client violations and the action that was taken on the case. This process has increased time management, efficiency, and eliminated unnecessary. work for case managers. This process includes, notifying case managers of violations, notating the violation in ECM, uploading the calibration report to ECM, and updating the violation report which is sent out monthly via email to staff.
