I/E Tech

I Traveled to New Mexico, Texas, and North Dakota to complete these jobs for WPX, eog Resources, and Summit. I installed and wired Actuators, Level Transmitters, Tank Heater, Motors, and RTD’s. Installed wireless transmitters and installed and wired radio’s. Installed wireless Load Cell’s on pump jack’s and installed and wired radio’s into Lufkin controllers. Installed and wired Heat Trace. Run cable tray and pull wire for new compressor and wire appropriately for power and control.

I have been working directly for EnCana Oil and Gas bringing Water Injection sites up to NEC code, Replacing 250hp Injection motor, switch’s and adding seal-offs and proper grounding where required.

I work daily on PM’s and calibrations of I /P’s and Transmitters, mainly Foxboro and Rosemont on well sites.

I am also in charge of locates, sizing and ordering of materials. I have been designing and wiring chemical pump motor controls for up to 32 wells on a pad. This includes wiring and design of PV Array, solar skids, and ThermoGen skids which consist of 3-120 watt ThermoGen and 1000watt battery banks. This provides enough Amp/Hours to run 8-12vdc chemical pump motors continuously at the rates needed. I have designed and wired complete control panels with Siemens Logo control timers for these that this has been proven in the field. This has also been accomplished with 400 watt Solar Skids with design and wiring and a 1000 amp/hr. battery bank.

I have installed Automation equipment and wiring for well pads with up to 32 wells. This includes the installation of all Transmitters, MSO’s, Sov’s, MVS’s, MDS I net communication, and ROC 809, 503, 107. This also includes a full charging system with Outback controllers and battery bank with disconnects.

Installed and assisted in programming of new communications {MDS} infrastructure for Williams Production RMT.

Installed and assisted in design of 3 major communication repeater sites at the top of Mt. Callahan across to Davis Pt. which was the communications back bone to Piceance Creek from there plant in Parachute. Each site consisted of a 2200w PV Array and back-up Wind Turbines with charge controllers and 5000 watt battery bank. All sites were self-supporting with building and up to 45’communication tower.

Worked with ForeRunner Corporation installation and wiring of New NG Compressors and building at Xcel Energy West Rifle Plant. I also worked with them at Double Eagle Compressor Station Naturita Co. adding analog transmitters and wiring throughout the plant, Installations wiring of well pad compressors and Flow Meter skids and communication.

Installed wiring for motors and transmitters at ChevronTexaco process plant in Rangely Co.

I was the main Electrical Contractor at Solvay Chemicals for Large and small scale projects. I was in charge of day to day maintenance at their mining plant and process plant. I worked closely with I&E department installing new transmitters and motors throughout both facilities. I was in charge of disassembling of their CO2 plant at their mining facility and relocating to North Parachute. This included moving of all medium voltage and 480v MCC’s and reassembled at their new location at North Parachute. I also installed new medium voltage Buss Duct and medium voltage mcc sections to existing mcc. Provided technical support on a daily basis. All projects were completed with red-line drawings and submitted to Solvay Chemicals.
