Roles & Responsibilities

• Conducting daily review meeting to address all Quality and Production updates and issues to the top management.

• To plan the manpower allocation for production based on the manpower availability and versatility.

• To do the sampling quality audit for the Zone assembly everyday

• To plan to meet the daily production schedule as per shift wise plan

• To control the quality concerns through QC tools.

• To Implement, Study and Follow up the ICA & PCA for the production and quality concerns to ensure the 100% output in everything we do.

• Taking quality measures including preparation, maintenance of necessary

• documents as per norms & ensuring compliance with quality standards

• Develop the Job instruction and process sheets for line side. While Change the JPH(Job per Hour) and New work allocation

• Preparing & updating the scorecard comprising Zone boars of the target and corrective actions for all SQDCPME matrix

• To coordinate with other function and departments to accomplish the tasks related to Quality and Production.

• Overseeing and motivating the team (Natural Work Group)

• Improve FTT Rate

• Reduce Process related stoppages

• Maintain Performance Efficiency of 100%
