2008- Present -Senior Human Resources Manager (Senior Leadership Team)

Partner with the Program Site Manager and other levels of management to promote a diverse and inclusive working environment and support the development of the workforce. Working with the customer and at other locations on the AUTEC program. Strived to create the best working relationship with our customer and communication along with working directly with the Navy Commander on Andros Island in the Bahamas.
